Nilesh Shah, also known as Swami Dhyan, is a devoted disciple of Osho who artfully blends the ancient wisdom of Jyotish (Vedic Astrology) with the transformative depth of Meditation, Tantra, and Sahaj Yog. His journey into astrology began in 1995 in Mumbai, where he learned the foundational principles of Astrology under the guidance of his teacher, Mr. Jitendra Joshi. Over the past decade, Nilesh has gained extensive professional experience and practice in diverse systems such as Parashari, Gemini, Bhrigu Nandi Nadi, Tajika System, and Tithi Pravesh (Yearly Chart). From the earliest stages of his life, Nilesh was drawn to Dhyan (Meditation) and Esoteric Sciences, motivated by an inner quest for truth and a deep longing to find a Sadguru. In 1999, after moving to the United States, his formal studies in astrology briefly paused, but his spiritual search continued with increased intensity.
In 2001, Nilesh’s life underwent a profound transformation after encountering Osho’s discourse “Kasturi Kundal Base.” This moment marked the end of his search for a Guru, as Osho’s presence entered his life. Immersed in Osho’s teachings, absorbing the essence of Osho’s vision.
In December 2001, Nilesh began exploring Osho’s active AND passive meditations from 2001 to 2011. He practiced various meditation techniques, diving deeper into human consciousness and pursuing inner transformation.
Present-day Nilesh (Swami Dhyan) integrates the wisdom of astrology and meditation to guide individuals toward clarity, awareness, and spiritual growth. He helps seekers align with their life path through the lens of consciousness, offering insights that bridge ancient knowledge and modern spiritual practice.

Initiation into Osho Neo Sannyas
On March 18th, 2011, Nilesh was initiated into Osho Neo Sannyas by Bodhisattva Swami Anand Arun , a very intimate disciple of Osho. During this sacred initiation, he received the Sannyas name Swami Dhyan Satyarthi, marking his complete surrender at the feet of his beloved Master “OSHO”
Guidance from Sat Guru Baba – Purnanand Bharati
During his inner journey, and by the blessing of Osho, Nilesh experienced a significant turning point in 2015. Guided by inner intuition, Osho directed him to another awakened disciple and enlightened master, Sat Guru Baba Purnanand Bharati. Nilesh considers this encounter nothing less than a miracle, continuing his inner journey under Baba's guidance and feeling deeply fortunate for this blessing.
